Is garbage part of my rent?

No, Tenant’s trash and recycling will be in addition to Tenant’s rent

How do I get a liquor license?

• The limit on number of liquor licenses doesn’t apply to food service establishments in government-owned buildings
• When a prospective Salesforce Transit Center tenant applies for a liquor license, the TJPA will provide a letter to the ABC confirming that tenant will be part of the project and supporting its application. The Tenant can include this letter with its application.
